Description
Zytiga 250mg Tablet has Abiraterone acetate as its main salt. It is converted in vivo to abiraterone, which is an androgen biosynthesis inhibitor. It inhibits 17α-hydroxylase/C17,20-lyase (CYP17). This enzyme is expressed in testicular, adrenal, and prostatic tumor tissues. It is required for androgen biosynthesis.
