Refund Return
1. Eligibility for Return:
· Incorrect Items: Returns are allowed if the product(s) do not match your order.
· Expired or Damaged Products: If the product(s) are past expiry or damaged during transit, returns are accepted.
· Notification: If you receive a damaged product, do not accept delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, you may return the product for a refund or, if available, a replacement. We do not guarantee replacements due to product availability. Refunds will be issued if a replacement is not possible.
2. Return Conditions:
· Non-Defective Returns: Returns of unopened, unused products may be allowed with a 20% restocking fee, provided you notify us within 3 days of receipt.
· Conditions: Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Wrongly ordered products are not eligible for return.
The batch number of the returned product(s) must match the invoice.
Returns due to prescription changes are not accepted.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with price tags, labels, bar codes, and invoice.
Partially used or consumed products are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
Healthcare Devices: Injections, surgical items, health monitors, ortho support.
Medicines: Temperature-sensitive products (Cold Chain Products) and products for which the Patient Assistance Program has been utilized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.
4. Return Process:
How to Request: To request a return, email us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason for the return. You may also need to upload pictures of the received products.
Verification and Collection: We will verify the return request within 3 working days. Upon approval, we will initiate the collection of the product(s). Ensure the product(s) are packed in their original packaging.

Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund:
· Defective Items: A full refund will be provided if you receive a defective item.
· Lost or Damaged in Transit: Refunds will be issued if the item(s) are lost or damaged during shipping.
· Expired Items: If the item(s) are past their expiry date upon receipt, a full refund will be granted.
2. Refund Process:
· Mode of Refund: Refunds may be processed via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets. For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking refunds, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Refunds via Wallets will be processed within 24 hours.
· How to Request: To request a refund, email us within 3 days of receipt with your order details and reason for the request. You may also initiate a request through our website or app. You might be asked to provide pictures of the product(s) for verification.
· Verification and Processing: We will verify the request within 3 working days. If approved, the refund process will be initiated. In some cases, we may arrange for the product(s) to be collected. Please ensure the product(s) are packed in their original packaging for collection.
